Kathleen Long

Sr. Director of Business Operations & Strategy at RepairPal, a wholly owned subsidiary of Yelp, Inc. In doing this work, Kathleen was honored as Women In Auto Care’s Woman of Excellence for 2022, and by Babcox Media as a member of the 2023 class of AMN Women at the Wheel.  In 2024, she earned a Women Paving the Way award from CDK Global and her podcast, Coffee with Kathleen, won an award for Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.  Several of Kathleen’s teams and service offerings have also won awards, including her Marketing and Car Genius teams.  She has been described by some as the literal voice of the company, and is proud of having a laugh that once set off glass break alarms in a conference room.  Kathleen sits on the Auto Care Association Women in Auto Care council, and is a general volunteer and Liaison to Ghana for African Library Project. She is also a certified Mindfulness Meditation teacher.

Sebastian Zelger

Sebastian Zelger, originally from Germany, leads LIQUI MOLY USA with a strong foundation in family values and entrepreneurial spirit. 

Sebastian’s career journey began with diverse roles, including early jobs with top companies like Porsche AG and Carl Zeiss Vision. After earning a degree in Industrial Engineering near LIQUI MOLY’s headquarters in Ulm, he joined LIQUI MOLY in 2014 as a Junior Export Sales Manager. By 2016, he became CEO of LIQUI MOLY USA, where his leadership has driven remarkable growth, with the company's revenue and workforce more than quadrupling.

In 2023, Sebastian was honored with the Young Executive of the Year Award by the Auto Care Association, reflecting his dedication to his team’s success. His commitment to people and business relationships remains at the heart of his leadership, making LIQUI MOLY a leading brand in North America.
